Job description
Assist in various HR functions including but not limited to Performance Management, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Systems and Employee Engagement.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Experience in handling SAP- Success Factors and other HRIS system is an added advantage.
Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
Experience: 0 – 2 years
