Minimum Qualification :

Daily Planning and execution activities of shop stores, FOS stores .
Carry out daily transactions in ERP LN/DBPM/ERP etc.
Take care of material receipt, issue, storage, inventory, vehicle management, gas cylinders stock management.
To share daily MIS report, Keeping records of IMR, SOB, MR ,Gate pass , Challans etc
To achieve targets as per DPP/objectives.
Welding consumables stores management .
Take care Calibration of gauges/instruments.
Generation of MR for fos items, welding consumables required in shops, shop stores.

Developing, communicating, and institutionalizing standardized BIM workflows to the project stakeholders and subcontractors (e.g., A/Es, EPCMs)
Training and upskilling project delivery teams in BIM processes and tools.
Communicate and lead BIM and technology solutions to AEC professionals. This includes facilitating meetings with project management.
Ensures adequate training is provided on the use of the CDE
Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
2+ years of experience in AEC, EPC projects.
Experience with 3D modeling in the field of civil/structural engineering and Infrastructure projects
Experience in Quantity scheduling, attribution, 2D drawings extraction from 3D model.

PLM & ERP related work: Project Initiation i.e. Defining project/contract, Defining milestones
Cost monitoring: Project Cost booking scenario to map cash flow projections, ECTC, Cost control & monitoring
Execution: Coordinating with Design team for B2S scope. coordination with in house production, suppliers thru Subcontracting plan & Sourcing Updation / Re-planning Schedules of Level-1 & 2, Co-ordination with shop floor team for execution of project.
Management & Customer interface: Progress report to customers, Progress review meetings, Customer’s review meetings, Management review meetings
