Executive-corporate Audit
Qualification : 1st attempt Chartered Accountant
Experience : 0-3 years (Post CA Final qualification)
Areas of Exposure/Work Background : Experience in Internal / external Audits preferably in construction / infra projects. Sound knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, IFRS. Qualification / experience in forensic accounting/audit would be added advantage.
To help complete the audit plan and OE testing of ICFR
To work as a part of a team of professionally qualified accountants, carry out the audits and issue audit reports. Travelling is must for auditing at different locations. (15 days in a month).
To work on achieving other departmental objectives like OE testing of ICFR, developing data analytics, contribute auditing system etc.
SMARTPLANT SUITE ENGINEER/ADMINISTRATOR – 12 Openings
Qualification:Engineering Graduate/Engineering Diploma/BE/B.Tech./ME/M.Tech. as Fulltime course
Expertise in Engineering Design Tools (SPI/SPPID/SPEL)
Extensive working experience in all the modules of SmartPlant 2D Tools (SPI/SPEL/SPPID)
Knowledge on Setup, Configuration, Customisation, Integration and Deployment of SmartPlant 2D Tools
Knowledge on Domain/Site creation, backup restoration of 2D tools with Customisation of SmartPlant reference data for 2D tools
Expertise in trouble shooting while integration and Experience in upgradation/migration of SmartPlant tool from older version to higher
Expertise in Enterprise Tools (SPF/SPO/SDV)
Customisation in SPF at desktop client/Server level with Good experience of various SPO modules like TMS, DMS, Security etc.
Knowledge of Oracle/MSSQL Database backup procedure and database structure of SPF with Knowledge of IIS services, webservices | Exp : 1 – 6 yrs
Experience in client-server setup and Publishing & Retrieving processes
Quality Engineer
Carry out projects process audits to verify the compliance of projects.
To interact with customers during client audits / evaluations
To participate in external audits and assist auditors form certifying bodies.
Training project teams on QMS/Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and use of Templates
Triggering process improvements & continuous
improvements.
Analysis of performance trends & triggering improvements
Participation in process definition activities
Escalating non-conformance to Sr. management and follow up for its timely closure
Experience in process definition, implementation in line with ISO/CMMI standards
Experience in carrying out audits in line with requirements of ISO 9001,CMMI & defined QMS
Good understanding of statistical and other analysis / monitoring techniques
Passion for Quality & can stand for the cause
Experience in effectively using Quality tools like Five Why, Fishbone diagram, Pareto chart
Experience in Statistical data analysis, Minitab
Educational Qualification-BE- Mech, Computer science/Electronics
