Job Description:

Procurement of RM- fasteners, Gaskets and bought out components, Study Requirement, Send Request for proposals to suppliers, get offers, Bid tabulate & evaluate bids.

Negotiate and process approval. Release Purchase order. During order execution, monitor progress periodically, co-ordinate with inspection agency for inspection/logistics for dispatch.

Knowledge of import/export, custom clearance and related activity.

Co-ordination with various departments for Receipt creation and Clearance of goods.

Bill processing

Knowledge of ASME Specifications

Interaction with cross functional teams like Design, PMG, QC, stores and QA.

Technical closure of offers and contract review

Bid preparation and approval processing

RPV Estimation & Proposal

Experience : 2 – 12 years

Qualification: Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

Job Description

Candidate should have following minimum experience:

1. Design of Vessels/Columns/Reactors/Coke drums/Ammonia converter etc.

2. Mechanical design of Pressure vessels as per ASME VIII Div.1 & 2, IRB Standards.

3. Familiar with specifications & standard of reputed process licensors /client in refinery.

4. Detailed Engineering of vessels including material ordering specifications.

5. Understanding of basic mechanical design principles theories of failures etc.

6. Alteast 1 year of experience in design of pressure vessel.

7. Preparation of material purchaser specification based on ASME, API & NACE Standards.

8. Experience of making technical clarifications, proposal.

9. Should able to work on multiple enquiries in pre-bid.

Planning Engineer

Experience : 2 – 5 years

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E

Job Responsibilities:

Defines for the Management, the Proposal Manager and the Estimation Department a Contract duration realistic and feasible for execution
Defines the Project Breakdown Structures
To develop the overall project schedule in line with SOP / planning guidelines / Contractual agreement in order to deliver baseline schedule of project. Supports Client approval process of the Schedule Baseline, progress claimed or milestones achievement.
Increases Project team members awareness of the Project Milestones, main durations and critical paths
Monitors and controls the project status, to detect any delay and to propose corrective actions
Estimates the delay linked with changes and claims and to prepare the Extension of Time analysis, in case of delay due to Client Provides Project Feedback and Lessons Learned in order to improve the Planning
Scheduling methods and provide input to the statistics of Planning Department
Serve as technical referee and manages the Planning Scheduling team
Acts as single point of accountability for all planning scheduling activities on a project
Highlights areas of concerns and solutions to help achieve a successful and timely completion of Projects
Operationally manages the project Planning Team

The role also includes regular travel to various project sites and offices.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and conducting internal audits across departments and project locations

Perform fieldwork including data analysis, control testing, and process reviews

Document audit findings, support in drafting reports, and contribute to recommendations for improvements

Support follow-up activities to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations

Collaborate with various departments to understand processes and identify control gaps

Maintain organized audit documentation in accordance with professional standards

Travel to project sites and offices (approximately 10–12 days per month)

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant
