We are looking for an enthusiastic young professional for 1 year internship (part time) as HP Factory Services Project Manager Intern on 30 hours per week contract.
Job description:
Implementation of customized PC solutions for corporate and public customers based in EMEA.
Project Manager applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.
Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.
Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business Management or equivalent.
Currently enrolled to a Master’s degree program for next 12 months.
Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing cross-functional teams and resources.
Ability to create and manage program schedules and resource allocation plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.

Customer Operations Analyst with Russian (Graduate role) – Europe
Job Responsibilities:
Acts as a first point of contact for regular, on-going customer accounts and some “top-tier” customers, on daily operational matters.
Resolves operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, returns, and financial post- sales programs).
Engages with other functions and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics) as they relate to customer support.

Customer Success Graduate – Europe
Job Responsibilities:
Creates and executes the account business plan and customer success plan while working with the sales/pursuit team.
Work on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in existing assigned customers, providing accurate forecast

• Forecasting media campaigns spend,
