The Real Estate Investing Group is looking for Summer Associates
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in transactions from the principal or private equity perspective, on behalf of our proprietary real estate investment funds, including North Haven and Prime Property Fund.
Work on a mix of assignments ranging from investment underwriting and transaction execution to business development initiatives.
Experience the the opportunity to work directly with senior-level financial and strategic decision-makers at some of the world’s largest real estate companies.
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS
The Summer Associate position requires: superior organizational and communication skills; strong analytical and quantitative capabilities; accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail; a high degree of dedication; a passion for the real estate industry; and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
This role provides the opportunity for successful candidates to build a strong foundation in the basic skills of financial problem solving, negotiation and execution, and gain experience in marketing the firm’s products and services effectively. In addition to currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration
