1. Work in Blended operations team to process the esquires / requests / complaints from clients within defined timeline.
2. Detail oriented, thorough in analyzing and interpreting data.
3. Agility to learn and work in cross domain process.
4. Ability to achieve daily / weekly / monthly KPIs.
5. Proven knowledge of computer operating systems i.e. MS-Excel along with good keyboard skills.
6. Experience and Fresher both are Eligible.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
8. Good communication skills.
9. Be punctual & discipline
Qualification:
A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position

6. Experienced in BFSI/trading industry
7. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
8. Good written communication skills with email experience

Qualification:
1. Min. 2-3 year of experience in back office / similar roles
2. Graduate in any domain
