Finance Manager / Analyst – USA
Job Description:
Ensure quality and timely financial close for AOC Operations entities (7) and drive financial compliance.
Control Execution for financial reviews, key balance sheet reconciliations and journal entry approvals, risk analysis, and system access management.
Perform month end statutory balance sheet and P&L analysis to drive insight.
Leverage key internal accounting systems and tools to drive process improvements as necessary.
Provide oversight for outsourced accounting activities to ensure contract compliance to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or related field AND 2+ years accounting or finance experience
OR Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or related field AND 1+ year(s) accounting or finance experience.
