Job Description:
· Management / maintenance of MSET risk limits
· Reviewing limits across different cash and derivative products
· Development and maintenance of risk exception reports
· Monitoring intraday limit changes and flagging exceptions to MSET Coverages
· Coordination of weekly Client Selection Committee meetings
· Risk limit policy monitoring
· Maintenance of MSET Client types
· Development and coordination of periodic reviews of lower value clients,
· Coordination of off-boarding where necessary
· Creating Monthly Risk decks ahead of the Risk Limit Review meeting
Qualification:
We are looking for a confident and outgoing person, who has exceptional attention to detail and is proactive in taking initiative.
· BMS/Graduate with 1 – 3 years of experience. MBA would be advantageous.
· Exposure/knowledge of different equity and equity derivatives products is desirable.
· Excellent written & spoken English; Excellent business writing skills
· Excellent telephone skills (regular phone contact with team required)
· Advanced knowledge and extensive hands on experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel including macros and visual basic
· Familiarity with Business Objects (BOXI) database in terms of being able to run queries and pull information.
· Familiarity with databases, and the ability to manipulate/analyze data confidently

Associate, Wealth Strategies Group – US
Job Responsibilities:
Support External Strategy Specialist in managing a large geographic territory.
Act in consultative manner with sophisticated advisors in implementing advanced strategies.
Identify client needs and coordinate efforts to service assigned advisors.
Provide technical and sales support when possible and partner with Eaton Vance wholesalers inside territory footprint.
Become proficient and be able to present on ultra-high net worth strategies and vehicles.
Serve as liaison for multiple departments such as operations, legal, client services, portfolio managers, Eaton Vance Sales, and product management.
Be primary driver of analytics and the processing of transitioning equity accounts.
Provide support and problem resolution for ultra-high net worth vehicles.
Lead coordination of problem resolution between Eaton Vance and affiliates.
Assist in contracts and account opening.
Qualifications:

The Brokers, Asset Managers & Exchanges team within Equity Research is looking for a strong Analyst-level or Associate-level team member to join. The role involves building and maintaining models, as well as writing company-specific and broader industry research notes based on proprietary analysis and research. The team is looking for hard-working, analytical candidates, with a passion for Equity Research.
The role resides in our New York office.
Qualification:
The candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a Financial Services Capacity— Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Research, Consulting, Finance, Accounting preferred.
Outstanding financial modeling and analytical skills, writing, client communications, and presentation delivery
Experience utilizing Excel for: Building/Maintaining Financial models – advanced level of excel proficiency is expected and required.

Job Responsibilities:
Pro-actively executing on asset management strategies across the full breadth of real estate sectors with the goal of optimizing asset performance and returns from initial close to disposition
Day-to-day management of joint venture relationships and driving asset-specific outcomes with property managers, project managers, and other third-party stakeholders
Developing annual business plans and driving the strategic direction of asset management initiatives
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders through the quarterly valuation and distribution processes
Reviewing quarterly variance analysis and financial reporting in conjunction with investment controllers
Preparation of internal presentations and reporting on asset management activities to senior management

Requirements

Fixed Income Secured Lending, Subscription Finance – Analyst/Associate – US
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation and review of credit applications/presentations for both new transactions as well as renewals/amendments to existing facilities
• Support the structuring and negotiation of term sheets, loan agreements, fee letters, and other legal documents from origination to execution
• Conduct due diligence on a Fund’s governing agreements, investors, and financial performance
• Interface with multiple constituents within FSL and Morgan Stanley, more broadly, including the Asset Management team, Syndication team, Credit Risk Management team, Operations team, and various client coverage teams to deliver a first-class product internally and externally
• Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed by senior management
Qualifications
• Degree from competitive undergraduate/graduate program
• For analysts, preferred if you’ve had at least one internship / full-time position in a finance-related field
• For associates, preferred if you’ve had work experience of 2+ years within CCSF
