Job Description:
will join dynamic team within FX Derivatives, responsible for critical aspects of trade confirmation process, from identifying and escalating trade discrepancies to providing key external client support. The role is cross product, covering FX Spots, Forwards, and Options. The role will provide an ambitious candidate with an excellent opportunity to develop detailed knowledge and understanding of all FX products, as well as exposure to the Desk and external Clients.
The main aspect of the role will be to perform Incoming Client Service functions including:
Confirmation of direct trade details with clients
Execution of legally binding trade confirmations within controlled time-frames.
Ensure department is adhering to evolving regulations (CFTC & EMIR) impacting the derivative market.
Handle queries from both desk, counterparts and other internal clients regarding deals.
Escalate breaks to desk, ensure follow up until issue resolved
Deliver quality service to firm focus clients
