Workforce Enablement Systems Analyst
Analyst will be responsible to provide Application Support for Vendor App hosted on cloud, configuring, deploying and managing Azure Cloud resources; investigating and fixing issues, coordinating the vendor team if needed; deploying and supporting tool expansion to new environments around the globe; managing user access; applying cybersecurity measures; improving and deploying tool enhancements to match business needs. Key Systems include Harmony, Kronos, CDMS, etc. Provide base support to the business on existing application functionality by consulting on application issues and problem solving.
Work with cross-functional teams to support timekeeping and product enablement applications for refineries
Ensure project milestones are met on time.
Communicate effectively in English with various stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and reliability issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes and changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with timekeeping applications is a plus.
Good SQL knowledge to understand and troubleshoot.
Open to learn on how a vendor SaaS solution works and how to support the application

Customer Account Specialist

Technical Software Engineer – India
Job Description:
Work on a scrum team as a software developer to develop and support proprietary applications used for seismic imaging
Collaborate closely with researchers to enable their research and to commercialize prototype research code
Support internal business partners that are globally distributed
Optimize applications to improve HPC system utilization and to increase throughput of seismic processing projects
Collaborate with HPC systems team and geoscientists to influence decisions regarding future hardware/system upgrades
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computational Science, or related field with a minimum GPA of 6.0
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on C/C++ programming experience.

Market Intelligence Analyst – India
Market Intelligence (MI) Analyst is responsible for design and preparation of MI reports and execution of the Supplier Intelligence processes. The MI Analyst makes sure that the necessary supply chain intelligence are captured in MI reports and Supplier Intelligence Platform (SIP). The MI Analyst will interface with the other Global Sourcing Leads/Analysts, Market analysis Group, Category Managers, Business lines and Discipline Leads to identify changing users’ needs and to manage the continuous improvement of procurement intelligence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil/ Industrial Production preferred)
At least 2 years of professional experience in an environment that prioritized global sourcing intelligence
Preferred experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities including pattern detection, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Able to work in an evolving and fast-paced environment and adjust to multiple priorities and timelines

Financial Analyst – India
Lead and preparing financial accounts under the Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS/IGAAP) and in accordance with tax and audit regulations
Advise accounting treatment in accordance with the legal requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable laws, regulations and accounting standards
Advise and implement accounting and auditing requirements
Monitor regulatory changes, identify implications on accounting practices and facilitate the required system and process changes as appropriate

Qualifications :
