Genpact is Hiring – Record to Report (R2R) | Kolkata Location

Genpact is looking for talented professionals experienced in Record to Report (R2R) for our Kolkata location.

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) – Between 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM (10-hour shift including 1-hour break)
Transport: One-way cab facility available at night

We are conducting a walk-in drive in Kolkata, so only candidates currently based in Kolkata are eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 18 months to 7 years of relevant R2R experience
Notice period: Maximum 60 days
Hands-on experience in accruals, journal entries, month-end reporting & closing, fixed asset accounting (depreciation), deferrals, and bank reconciliations
CA freshers (qualified) are also eligible for this role
