The Loan Data Quality team is seeking a motivated professional to support loan product data set up & maintenance. We seek team orientated candidates who can demonstrate excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage competing tasks and prioritize risk accordingly in a fast paced and demanding environment. Team members are expected to be able to consistently deliver on day-to-day execution as well as contribute to strategic organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a finance related field preferred
Minimum experience of 2 years in Loan Operations
Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail
Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience
Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Flexible and able to work well under pressure within a team environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Develop a deep understanding of the firm, our businesses and regional focus areas to help identify opportunities to support and advance strategic priorities
Support the functional head and leadership in driving regional efforts through strategic messaging via townhalls, senior leadership engagements, and other channels, including developing bespoke, thematic narratives and material based on topics of engagement
Partner with functional heads and cross divisionally to manage senior leadership visits to the region with content centric engagements and associated materials

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of business areas, its products, and supporting functions
Identify risks, assess mitigating controls, and make recommendations on improving the control environment
Follow-up on open audit issues and their resolution
Qualification:
Internal audit, compliance or quality assurance testing experience
Strong knowledge and expertise in auditing Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), financial crime risks and corporate legal functions
Understanding of compliance program components, risk and control processes
Able to work under minimal supervision on individual tasks or on team projects Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Job Responsibilities:
Business Development Support – Participate in creation and maintenance of various marketing materials like pitch books; the global stewardship deck, assist senior Global Stewardship Team with ad-hoc sales & client inquiries, responding to and reviewing client RFPs and DDQs.
Client Reporting – take responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of client engagement reviews and reports.
Engagement – Coordinate and communicate with investment teams regarding regional stewardship team engagement schedule. Maintain regional engagement coordination and calendar. Write engagement notes from voting, thematic and feedback engagements with portfolio companies.
Provide quarterly engagement updates for internal teams on progress of various thematic campaigns.
Qualifications:
Post graduate degree in Business Management/Finance/allied discipline and/or CFA study preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We are looking for a highly competent individual to join our business development team as an Institutional Sales Analyst.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with prospects and influential external parties (Third Party Evaluators & Professional Trustees)
Support senior members of the team in developing sales strategy for target clients
Proactively service Third Party Evaluators & Professional Trustees to provide resolution to their various enquiries
Coordinate and help prepare relevant materials, including: request for proposals, pitch decks & other marketing content / collateral
Organise events and conferences, including contributing to setting the agenda of topics

Qualification:
