Associate – Receivables Management with Spanish – Europe
We are looking for an entry level Associate – Receivables Management with Spanishlanguage.
You will be responsible for performing debt collection activities and creating good working relationships with the local Credit Team and the other business partners.
You will have an opportunity to use Spanish language on a daily basis while communicating with customers and stakeholders.
Job Description:
Debt collection activities for Shell operating units to ensure that customers’ debts are collected in line with contractual terms.
Performing cash allocation and investigation of payment discrepancies.
Initiating disputes and regular monitoring of their resolution.
Managing blocked orders.
Performing required analysis, reports and controls.
Ensuring performance metrics are met.
Effective collaboration with team members, business partners and stakeholders.
Qualification:
Very good knowledge of Spanish language (C1).
Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
Degree in Economics, Accounting or any related Finance/Business course preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience would be an asset.
Previous experience with SAP would be an asset.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive approach and demonstrating full ownership of assigned tasks.
Good knowledge of Excel.

Job Requirements
University Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
Required 2 to 3+yrs operational experience in engineering / technical jobs in at least one of the following areas:
Experience in Plant Maintenance area within a Manufacturing or Upstream environment as an engineering user of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Web Integrity
Management System (wIMS), and Engineering Document Management Systems (EDMS.)
Experience in Technical Data and Documents management including processes and tools.
Skill level in SAP PM Master data objects like Functional Location, Equipment, BoM, Class &
Characteristics, Measuring Point, Work Center and Task List
Knowledge level in SAP PM Planning and Transactional Data Objects like Maintenance Plan,
Maintenance Item, Notification, Work Order
Understanding of PM Data standards and industry standards such as ISO14224
Experience in data conversion phases: extraction, transformation, and load will be added value
Knowledge level in reading engineering drawings like PFS, PEFS, SLD’s
Additional Information
Effective communication skill and stakeholder management
PowerBI visualization, Data Modelling and SQL competencies is preferred
Mass Data Tool proficiencies will be added advantage

Job Description:
Provide quality email response to Stakeholder’s queries and requests within 24-hour turnaround time.
Resolve Workflow Errors within set global and local performance metric targets.
Prepare timely and accurate workflow reports (i.e., UWL, No Agent etc.)

Associate Engineer – PTM – India
This role is intended to support the Asset’s PTM journey by providing technical expertise in the Wells and Production System remote monitoring area.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Petroleum/Chemical Engineering/Production Engineering.
Overall working experience of 2 to 5 years in drilling/ production operation/ in Oil & Gas, Upstream operations experience in Oil & Gas/unconventional fields is mandatory.
Experience in remote monitoring of Wells/subsea/sub-surface facilities is preferable.
Experience in Asset performance management tools is preferable.

Associate Engineer – Reliability Static – India
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of RBI data sheets, converting process flow diagram into material selection diagrams, identifying corrosion loops, identifying integrity operating windows and operating parameters from corrosion monitoring framework, preparing corrosion loop descriptions and tags, identification of dominant failure modes & damage mechanism, knowledge of RBI procedures. Support Inspection supervision of static equipment during asset Turnarounds.
Ensure Data validation of all the templates, create automation tools in order to expedite the process and speedy implementation. Review error log sheet, finding solutions and implement the same for maintaining high quality data uploads in the system.
Creating equipment specific task lists for preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenances of the static equipment like Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers etc,
Qualification:
University Degree in Engineering or Equivalent Engineering discipline diploma or certification.
Required at least 3 yrs. experience after Graduation or 6 years of experience after diploma or certification equivalent in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemicals or relevant field.
Experience working in Inspection Management systems such as w-IMS and CMMS systems like SAP is desired
