Accounts Payable Specialist
Tesla is seeking a candidate for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist in the Finance department of a rapidly growing organization.
Monitor payables three-way match process from receiving through invoice posting
Research and resolve goods receipts based on aging buckets
Analyze root causes for receiving errors and work with business stakeholders to resolve
Participate in Supplier calls to resolve invoice discrepancies and compliance issues
Reconcile monthly vendor statements in accordance with SOX controls
Perform manual receipt adjustments as needed to maintain liability account accuracy
Monitor and resolve GRIR sub-ledger variances
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent related experience
Experience with goods receipt vs. invoice receipt reconciliation
Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate/advanced EXCEL knowledge
Possess critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to analyze, interpret and present large volumes of data
Understanding of general accounting principles

Trading Analyst
Tesla is seeking a Trading Analyst to join its Regulatory Credit Trading team under Corporate Development. The role will specifically support the origination, trading, and operations related revenue generating transactions within low carbon fuel credit markets in North America. Applicants must have a passion for Tesla’s mission to advance the world’s transition to sustainable energy, and successful candidates will be extremely detail-oriented, analytical, and effective communicators. The scope for this position is global and the preferred location is either at Palo Alto, California or Austin, Texas.
Evidence of exceptional ability in a professional capacity with two to three years of experience in trading, portfolio management, or energy/environmental markets

Finance Operations Specialist
Job Description:
The Finance Operation Specialist will report directly to the Finops Supervisor and will assist in the day-to-day activities and various responsibilities pertaining to customer billing, cash application, investigation, reconciliation, and reporting within the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment. The ability to meet deadlines and flexibility in handling changing priorities are essential to be successful in this position. This role can be in our Draper, Fremont or Austin locations.
Qualification:

Facilities Coordinator
Job Description:
Assist with coordinating preventative maintenance and repair activities on a variety of Facilities equipment and systems
Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all facilities equipment used in the manufacturing facility
Provide periodic reports on maintenance, repair, work request response and other activities
Add and modify PMs for new and existing equipment based on supplier recommendations and maintenance team feedback
Manage Facilities Work Order system and follow up with personnel to ensure that work orders are completed and turned in with in a timely fashion
Maintain supplies and spare parts inventory and identify and order needed parts, maintain tracking system
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management systems) is required
Qualification:
Experience in administrative support roles

Job Description:
Deliver high-quality C code in a real-time embedded environment
Specify, design, and implement functionality and behaviors of embedded subsystems
Design the software architecture and firmware implementation on hardware through integration, test and high volume manufacturing

Toolroom Associate, Die Shop
Job Description:
Perform machining related tests such as: tool life tests, cutter tests, cutting force studies, etc.
Use a variety of equipment for the analysis of testing data such as: microscopes, dynamometers, surface profilometers, and hardness testers
Implement lean principals throughout the shop
Maintain cutting tool inventory for the main shop
Setup and maintain holders and cutters for machines on the floor
Maintain MES/ERP system at the shop floor level
Qualification:
Knowledge in machining principles, CNC cutting tools, manual/cnc machines, lean six sigma trained, GD&T, machining principles, basic inspection methods and tools including calipers, micrometers and gauges
Able to follow all required safety procedures and work safely

Maintenance Engineer, Powertrain
Job Requirement:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering, or with equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on mechanical and electrical experience in a production environment; or in a plant industrial maintenance role
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic schematics; and modifications of such
Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadline, work flexible scheduling and hours as production and maintenance needs change; this may include days, evenings, and flexible weekends for support
Knowledge of Production and Equipment/Plant capability metrics (OEE, MTTR, FPY etc.) and the improvement of such through 4D, RCA, and PFMEA process tools – is a plus
Experience with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software (Edgecam, AutoDesk, CATIA, Siemens NX, Vizendo, Delmia Apriso etc.)
Strong hands-on experience with high-volume, final assembly, or cleanroom setting preferred
Working knowledge of data analysis, statistics, SPC and quality improvement
Proven ability to work well with production personnel of all levels
Experience in operation of; or repair of SCARA robots, 6-axis robots (Kuka & Fanuc), utilizing industrial automation controls and devices – is highly preferred

DMV Operations Specialist
Job Description:
Coordinates with Sales and Delivery Specialists to ensure that all required documents pertaining to the transaction are complete and accurate
Processes DMV registrations related to sales, as well as for Tesla-owned vehicles
Records information and ensures data quality in multiple record keeping systems including but not limited to WDO and Online Registration Systems
Serves as an authority on vehicle tax and registration rules by geography, keeping abreast of changes as they are announced and communicating them to the team in a timely manner

Software Engineer, Generalist, AI Inference
Job Description:
Build robust AI frameworks to lower neural networks to edge devices
Build robust AI infrastructure to train and fine-tune networks for Autopilot and Optimus on large GPU clusters
Deploy state-of-the-art neural networks on heterogenous compute, including Tesla’s in-house AI
ASIC, with an aim to maximize network performance while minimizing latency
Collaborate with AI scientists and compiler engineers to effectively compress large models to run in low precision

Job Description:
Understand and model the end-to-end training performance of the Autopilot SW team’s Pytorch-derived neural networks on the Dojo system
Develop software that scales and improves training performance based on your analysis of the bottlenecks
Collaborate with the Dojo HW team to understand current HW architecture and propose future improvements
Qualification:
