Tesla is seeking a candidate for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist in the Finance department of a rapidly growing organization.

Monitor payables three-way match process from receiving through invoice posting

Research and resolve goods receipts based on aging buckets

Analyze root causes for receiving errors and work with business stakeholders to resolve

Participate in Supplier calls to resolve invoice discrepancies and compliance issues

Reconcile monthly vendor statements in accordance with SOX controls

Perform manual receipt adjustments as needed to maintain liability account accuracy

Monitor and resolve GRIR sub-ledger variances

Qualification:

Tesla is seeking a Trading Analyst to join its Regulatory Credit Trading team under Corporate Development. The role will specifically support the origination, trading, and operations related revenue generating transactions within low carbon fuel credit markets in North America. Job Description:

The Finance Operation Specialist will report directly to the Finops Supervisor and will assist in the day-to-day activities and various responsibilities pertaining to customer billing, cash application, investigation, reconciliation, and reporting within the organization. Facilities Coordinator

Job Description:

Assist with coordinating preventative maintenance and repair activities on a variety of Facilities equipment and systems

Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all facilities equipment used in the manufacturing facility

Provide periodic reports on maintenance, repair, work request response and other activities

Add and modify PMs for new and existing equipment based on supplier recommendations and maintenance team feedback

Manage Facilities Work Order system and follow up with personnel to ensure that work orders are completed and turned in with in a timely fashion

Job Description:

Perform machining related tests such as: tool life tests, cutter tests, cutting force studies, etc.

Use a variety of equipment for the analysis of testing data such as: microscopes, dynamometers, surface profilometers, and hardness testers

Implement lean principals throughout the shop

Maintain cutting tool inventory for the main shop

Setup and maintain holders and cutters for machines on the floor

Maintain MES/ERP system at the shop floor level

Qualification:

Knowledge in machining principles, CNC cutting tools, manual/cnc machines, lean six sigma trained, GD&T, machining principles, basic inspection methods and tools including calipers, micrometers and gauges

Maintenance Engineer, Powertrain

Job Requirement:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering, or with equivalent experience

3+ years of hands-on mechanical and electrical experience in a production environment; or in a plant industrial maintenance role

Familiarity with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic schematics; and modifications of such

Job Description:

Build robust AI frameworks to lower neural networks to edge devices

Build robust AI infrastructure to train and fine-tune networks for Autopilot and Optimus on large GPU clusters

Deploy state-of-the-art neural networks on heterogenous compute, including Tesla’s in-house AI
