We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our Data Solutions team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsible for the daily setup and maintenance of securities on custody/performance/accounting platforms
Monitor and complete requests from inquiry system
Maintain daily data quality control reports and discrepancy findings
Review work completed by peers and maintain a high risk culture
Create/Update/Review Procedures
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of Education and Experience is required
2-3 years of total work experience preferred
Experience in financial industry preferred
Experience with Excel preferred

Analyst, Portfolio Administrator
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst, Portfolio Administrator to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary is a hybrid position.
Administer, monitor, and ensure the integrity of t loan data within the servicing system (Wall Street Office)
Monitor and resolve breaks in cash and position reconciliations with custodians, administrators, and counterparties
Must be able to work well with others in a team environment and assist others during quarter-end and other high-volume periods
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret credit agreements and experience with daily bank loan transactions is a plus.
Qualification:
Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Bachelors degree preferred
3+ years total experience
Prior Financial services experience preferred
Prior Middle Office background prefered

Manage all corporate action events announced into accounting platform end to end
Analyze the market calculation and variation that happens for the corporate action
With general guidance, supports assigned areas with basic statistical and quantitative analyses
Provides analytical support and prepares drafts of standard and ad hoc reports for assigned area
Qualification:
Minimum Graduation in any field.
2 to 3 years of corporate action processing experience.

Associate, Fund/Client Accounting I
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund/Client Accounting I to join our Private Equity team in Alternative Operations. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland – HYBRID.
Prepare and review reconciliations between different fund accounting systems
Account for hedge fund/alternative investment partnerships and share based entitie
Allocate partnership income/expenses (including new issues, side pockets, side letters etc.)
Read fund and legal documents in order to accurately and appropriately process transactions and/or calculate various fees/allocations.
Compute and account for management and incentive fees (including tiers and hurdles)
Compute various rates of return, NAV and investor level NAV estimates
Prepare or review withholding statements, capital roll forwards and investor statements as needed
Qualification:
Fluency in English
An interest in a career in financial services
Finance university background or similar field will be an advantage, however we equally welcome graduates of all degrees
Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
PC literacy, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Associate, OPS Business Technology Liaison II – UK
Job Description:
Participates in the development of functional or operational requirements; tests and trains users on applications with guidance from more experienced colleagues. Interfaces with all areas of IT on behalf of the business to resolve IT matters and improve business processes.
Uses defined or documented processes to collect and define requirements from businesses or functional areas.
Works with users and peers on planning, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications. Uses knowledge of business needs to provide design support to software and application development teams.
Participates in process improvement reviews and summarizes business issues and client feedback for team’s review.
Supports users on new or enhanced applications and/or systems.
Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems.
Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution.
Uses basic knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY corporate policies involving risk and control to support the development of improved business processes through technology.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Technical experience preferred.
