Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Qualifications:

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field involving coding or equivalent practical experience

Technical Support Engineer 1 – India

Job Description:

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

You will be the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle products. Your primary task will be to provide level one support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center and maintain high level of customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines (mostly through electronic means).

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.

Qualification

A technical degree is preferred i.e.,BSc Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA.

At least 4 years total combined completed higher education and/or related work experience including Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

The Test Analyst role for the i.s.h.med Medication team is responsible for the maintenance and development of various complex solutions (Medication, Smart Chart 2, Patient Profile) for over 600 clients worldwide; these modules are critical for hospital operation and extremely challenging due to the very high technical complexity.

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design, install and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.

i.s.h.med, as a Medical Device under the Medical Device Regulation, needs to be properly tested to meet the process and documentation requirements. The role of Test Analyst is intended to create, execute, and evaluate manual tests, to give and maintain testing evidence for each scenario as proof of validation, and to track and troubleshoot issues identified during testing cycles.

Data Center Engineer – USA

Required:

Resolve and diagnose server hardware issues at scale.

Job Responsibilities

Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity.
React to potential problems using automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools — escalating to management where appropriate.
Participate in configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system.
Responsible for support documentation as well.
Replacing failed server components, upgrading servers to meet the demands of applications, and proactively maintaining hardware to ensure efficient performance for its entire lifecycle.
Responding to client emergencies in Oracle Health’s data centers as the Data Center Engineering team is the very last line of defense for clients before the server hardware itself.
Replacing completely failed client machines quickly to reduce the amount of time the client is in either a loss of redundancy or an outage situation.
Coordinating with third-party vendors. The Data Center Engineering team is the bridge between Oracle Health Application & Infrastructure and third-party contractors and vendor companies who interact with the data centers.
Maintaining a spare parts inventory with Data Center Capacity and Asset Management.

Qualifications:
