Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will align with our own organizational transformation: Delivery Excellence, Customer Experience and Developing Top Talent
Support the development of Change Navigation deliverables such as the Communication Plan, End User Enablement Plan and Change Connector
Exceed customer expectations by developing and delivering outstanding communications, presentations, analysis, creative thinking and solutions.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, team development, team morale and coaching
Contribute to our methodology and IP to continually improve our capabilities
0 to 2 years of experience relevant to a functional or technical role. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates basic competence in one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed
