Technical Analyst 1-Support – Brazil
Job Description:
Oracle is looking for Technical Support Analysts who are smart, able to analyze problems, troubleshoot, absorb new knowledge quickly and use gained knowledge to make decisions. Technical Support Analysts will become product experts, responsible for resolving client queries and concerns about Oracle’s NetSuite SuiteCloud products. Our Technical Support Analyst Program prepares entry level candidates for an exciting and rewarding career at Oracle.
Responsibilities
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for delivering post-sales support in languages other than English and solutions to our customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
As a primary point of contact for customers, you will act as a liaison between Oracle employees and the customer with moderate direction from management, as well as providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
You will also provide guidance and resolution on a wide range of technical and non-technical customer issues via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of the product and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services using our Machine Translation Tool.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical approach to troubleshooting.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, willingness to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to understand customer’s business processes
Proficiency in HTML (CSS XML and FreeMarker are also welcome)
Experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and responsible.
In addition, it is nice to have:
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, 0-2 Years of
Experience.
Experience with debugging
Knowledge of SQL, Java

Systems Analyst 1-IT – India
Work with Oracle’s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle’s global infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications.
Respond to requests for support by users.
Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications.
Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development.
Monitor future applications releases.
Train users on features of applications.
Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user.
Act as reporting resource.
Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.

What You’ll Do The support analyst will be helping Oracle Internal sales users via chat & provide technical/business support on applications used by them on a day today basis.
Job Responsibilities
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment and include but are not limited to:
Provide 1st level of support on the Sales end to end processes.
Solve and resolve simple to complex queries.

This is a work from office role with 24/7 shifts

Job Description:

Qualification:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
1+ years total experience in delivering enterprise class Software as Service applications
Full Stack engineer with strong experience in Java, JavaScript with one of the frameworks like
React, Angular, HTML5, CSS, XML, JSON (Working experience with Oracle JavaScript Extension
Toolkit (JET) and Oracle Visual Builder is a big plus)
Strong hands-on experience and understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web application development.
Experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
Strong experience with Relational databases design and implementation using SQL, PL/SQL
Experience with test automation including unit/integration/functional testing using JUnit, Selenium

Software Engineer in Access Control team- fresh graduate – Czech Republic
We are looking for Fresh graduated candidates with finishing the University in academic year 2024 or 2025.
Starting day June 1st, 2025 onward!
Ideally, you are a recent university graduate and have foundational knowledge of programming from the Java application stack, through database SQL, REST-based APIs, to JavaScript frontend. The NetSuite solution is written in Java with Oracle DB as the main persistence layer. The UI uses internal JavaScript framework.
As a member of specialized platform team you will be participating on development and maintenance of Access Control backend frameworks and related User interfaces for their configuration. Most of the development work, though, is done on the backend. We collaborate closely with other functional teams, to ensure that our product meets the diverse needs of businesses across various domains.
Qualifications
Interest in software development and problem solving.
Computer Science degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
Experience with Java or any similar object-oriented programming language with the ability to write programs and apply OOP principles.
