Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
• Co-ordinates the safe and efficient operation of topside and sub-sea, process, utilities and where applicable marine equipment. Highlights threats and opportunities and takes appropriate action.
• Ensuring work scopes are carried out in accordance with Client OE Management System, and in compliance with Installation Safety Case & Statutory Legislation.
• Provide first line supervision, guidance and work direction for the installation’s operations team, contract core crew and specialist vendors.
• Work alongside Maintenance Coordinator (peer relationship) to support delivery of 7-day plan for efficient execution of maintenance plans.
• Work (ISSOW), including verification of Isolations and inhibits (Bypass Control Certificates) and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and timely removal.
• Proactive approach to HE&S initiatives.
• Actively participate and support all Client and PFM, Safety & Environmental plans, initiatives, and improvements including Client’s Behaviour based observation system

• Carry out Emergency Response duties in accordance with Client’s requirements
Essential Skills:
• ONC or, City and Guilds or, NVQ Level 3 in appropriate discipline
• BOSIET & MIST
• Offshore Medical
• Relevant experience in either onshore or offshore oil and gas industry
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to set priorities for the team.
