Petrofac is currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator on a permanent basis based in Perth, Australia.

Office Administrator

Job Description:

Working collaboratively across the office to support all areas and service teams.
Managing Reception duties, phones and office guests and visitors while ensuring the office is safe, clean, and welcoming.
Ensuring coverage in the office during core hours and have flexibility to work on occasion where we have need outside core hours.
Provide professional and efficient admin support with office supplies including stationary, pantry stock, mail collection, catering, maintenance and repairs organisation, couriers, etc.
Maintaining the IT and Asset register and supporting IT to coordinate with local IT company and ensuring IT equipment is ready as required for new starts onboarding.
Support site-based workforce with travel, training bookings, and ad-hoc requests as required.
Support and organise as directed company events and conferences that Petrofac may attend.

Essential Skills:
Excellent Microsoft Office application knowledge and user proficiency.
Strong understanding of working in a team, with tight timelines and attention to details is key.
Experience of using Oracle / ERP is advantageous.
