In the yearlong graduate program, you’ll be shown the ropes through foundation masterclasses, then depending on your skillset you’ll be off doing project work – it could be software development if that’s your jam, or organisational change management or business analysis if that’s what your skills are aligned to.

Step 3: Final interviews
Successful candidates from the first interview will be invited to a final round of interviews with business leaders. Selections will be made from these interviews, and we will proceed to offer and conduct pre-employment screening. You will then be all set to join our amazing graduate program!

Graduate Project Support Officer (Insights and Data) 2025 – UK
We are seeking a graduate to join the Capgemini Insights & Data Engagement Management Team and welcome applications from graduates with a degree qualification in project management, computer science or similar related field.
The successful candidate will be expected to assist the engagement management team in the delivery of a varied and diverse portfolio of client projects.
You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience of providing information and advice; both 1:1 and in groups.
• Be able to organise your own work successfully to deliver what’s expected
• Be excited to help drive innovation, offer new ideas and think up fresh ways of tackling problems
• Consult with key stakeholders to identify needs and be able to document them
• Have the ability to deal with sensitive and contentious issues and ensure these are handled in a professional manner
• Manage professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and act as the single point of contact for project related queries.
