Cluster Co-ordinator / Cluster Executive
Role Purpose: To provide support to MKSP vertical heads support in coordination with Cluster team / Monitor activities cascaded to cluster team / help in manual report as when required which are out the RRA reporting framework
Responsibilities:
Support Marketplace BU heads to co-ordinate with clusters on a day to day basis
Coordinating for Catalogue related activities (Basis Targets), coordinating updates and collating information and reporting
Tracking for activities related to sample centre on on-going basis (PO to Dispatch Tracking)
Track activities that are being actioned in clusters through HO, track and report as per defined frequency Activity based reports e.g. Promotion collation by cluster etc
Handling day to day coordination with internal HO teams for pendencys of actions initiated and follow up for closure Cataloguing team, Ops Team Etc
