Job Description:
1. Excellent in any of the CAD tools-Inventor/Solidworks
2. Hands on Experience in Managing a team of about 5-10 members
3. Hands on experience in below activities
a. Maintain timesheets,
b. Prepare Customer/Project specific presentations,
c. Conduct RCA on Internal & External Defects,
d. Perform QC & prepare QC checklists
4. Knowledge in Project management basics
5. Knowledge in Machining, Plastic & Casting processes
6. Experience in 2D/3D modeling of complex components
7. Experience in PDM tools-Enovia, Vault, MSS etc.
8. Experience on relevant design standards, GD&T
9. Responsible for preparing and presenting mechanical designs reviews
10. Take technical lead on specific projects
11. Fluent communication to work with global customer
Industry preference: Hydraulic domain
