Customer Success Specialist -Philippines
The Customer Operations Specialist Order to Cash provides high quality frontline support to existing Shell Customers from Order through to payment. Customer Operations Specialist Order to Cash drives proactive communications, value-adding interactions and effective issue resolution, providing best-in-market Customer experience
This role may focus on some or all of the accountabilities below, depending on operational requirements. Businesses serviced include but are not limited to: Global Commercial, Commercial Fleet and Retail. These activities cover all Customer levels including Key Accounts and Platinum Customers.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree preferred (Business related major) or equivalent experience
Previous experience in Customer service or operations
Experience in Microsoft Office with experience in using social media platforms including twitter/Facebook
Possess a strong Customer service ethic and ability to understand, meet and champion the
Customer’s needs, while staying within the policies and procedures

Credit Controller – United Kingdom
Job Requirement:
Maximising collections performance through high volume outbound and inbound contact – by phone and email channels
Delivering strong collections performance for nominated accounts, to reduce and maintain the aged debt position
Performing account, billing, and payment reviews to enable collection or corrective activity
Working effectively with customers to reduce debt in a timely manner to meet agreed targets
Resolving queries, ensuring they are managed efficiently within SLAs to obtain payment from customers
Engaging with other business areas for support where appropriate to maximise timely dispute resolution
Conducting Land Registry & other investigative searches to establish liability and manage accounts through to resolution
Mitigating Shell Energy UK credit risk and escalate as appropriate to the Cash & Collections Manager
Conducting ad hoc tasks to achieve monthly collection targets
Qualification:
Experience of B2B debt collection techniques
Commercial Utility (Gas/Electricity) experience is desirable

Associate Engineer – CMMS – India
Job Requirement:
University Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/instrumentation or other Engineering.
Required 2 to 3 yrs. of experience in Plant Maintenance area within a Manufacturing or Upstream environment as an engineering user of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with tools experience in Web Integrity Management System (WIMS), SPI -IN tools and Engineering
Document Management Systems (EDMS.)
Experience in Engineering relevant maintenance, Equipment failure analysis, troubleshooting, decision making, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Safety Criticality and Risk
Assessment, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Total Quality Management, Hazard Analysis, etc
Experience in Engineering Projects end execution, supporting the EPCM contractor with execution, quality inspection of the project data. Experience in Project initiating, planning, monitoring & controlling of a CMMS build.
Experience in Technical Data and Documents management including processes and tools.
Use and understanding of SAP PM / MM modules or Maximo or other ERP system.
Professional Engineering certification is an added value.

Associate Engineer – Risk Management – India
As an Associate Engineer – Risk Management, you will be establishing and maintaining a risk management system, training users, and conducting regular reviews. Your key tasks include organizing risk workshops, updating the Opportunity/Risk Register, supporting cost and schedule risk analysis, and developing reports for management. Additionally, maintaining risk registers, presenting status to leadership, and interpreting analysis outputs are ongoing responsibilities.
Responsible in establishing and maintaining the risk management system.
Identify appropriate responsible parties for risk ownerships and allocate register entries.
Structure and populate the risk management tool, enable user training, and establish/implement the process for regular status reviews.
Organize, frame, and facilitate risk workshops – Meeting Facilitation.
Engage with multiple project and stakeholder personnel to gather data to develop/refresh the Opportunity/Risk Register.
Challenge and encourage alternate views to fully explore potential scenario outcomes.
Stimulate identification of mitigating actions and qualitative impact and likelihood assessments and Secure buy-in from team members.
Support / Assist Probabilistic Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis –
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Technologist Degree and/or Certification as a Risk Professional or equivalent experience.
At least 2-5 years’ experience in Risk engineering/Risk Management; preferably in a refinery or petrochemical industry.
Experience in Risk engineer / Risk Management positions for portfolio capital projects.
Works effectively in a Team environment and build consensus & Customer focus.
Working knowledge of a broad range of Project Controls systems, tools, and practices specifically in Oil & Gas industry.
Strong leadership, communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.
Skill in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, Risk Management Tool, Power BI etc.
Background in Oil and Gas maintenance and operations is an advantage.

Analyst – AR/Cash Application – 1 Year Malaysia
This is a 1-year short term contact role.
Work on all areas of the cash application and cash allocation (supporting onshore) activities in assigned portfolio in East region.
To ensure that cash application and allocation is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Downstream Credit Manual
Provide support to the team manager on managing unapplied cash and improving automation rates.
Drives daily operational excellence for the designated credit sub-process (Cash Application & Allocation)

Qualification:
