This is a unique two-year full-time rotational program for ambitious, curious, and adaptable entry-level talent. Rotate within different functional roles such as design/research and development, solutions engineering, applications engineering, manufacturing engineering, sustainability engineering,

Create, test, and implement products and applications for EV charging stations.
Comfortably navigate change, ambiguity, the fluid structure of the program, the complexity of IoT products, and the dynamic nature of the EV charging landscape.

Qualifications:
Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Agile Methodologies to develop minimum viable products.
For candidates with a background in mechanical engineering: experience with simulation, heat transfer, 3D CAD, rapid prototyping technologies (machining and 3D printing), design for manufacturing.
For candidates with a background in electrical engineering: experience with PCBA design, reading schematics, common test equipment (O-scope, multimeters, etc.), and/or Altium.
