Salesforce is offering internship in the Business Operations team that drives the development of data science, executive and internal communications, marketing and adoption, and workforce planning within the Technology organization.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for someone to work with members of our Business Operations team to create content that will be used to provide employees with timely information, promote internal and marketing initiatives, support employee recognition programs, and support business operations efficiencies.
YOUR IMPACT (Responsibilities):
- Create first drafts of promotional slides and internal communications
- Manage Innovation Summit award winners process
- Manage ad hoc reporting/analytics assistance
- Assist with creating training PowerPoint/docs for Roster process and usage
- Help manage Technology Manager Meetings logistics
- Develop Site Leader presentation deck templates and communications
- Assist in marketing program logistics
- Create first draft of social posts (based on examples and templates)
- Manage marketing assets and naming convention
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, journalism, communications or relevant field
- Experience with office productivity applications, specifically MS Powerpoint, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fun, creative, and fast paced environment
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Posses a “can-do” attitude and take on new responsibilities as projects mature
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for storytelling
- Interest and exposure to the Business Operations
- Ability to proactively work with many virtual teams around the world
- Creative writing
- PowerPoint/Google Slides presentation skills
- Event planning/logistics
- Project management experience is a plus
