Job Description :
1) Effectively analyze an account and execute collection activities via phone calls and emails
2)Contact the Patient or the Insured to obtain additional demographic/insurance information.
3) Resolve any issues and descripencies in the claim by contacting various parties and resubmit the claims (Dispute Resolution)
3) Contact CLIENT’s Agents to obtain or correct diagnosis or procedure information
4)Ensure timely follow up to colelct the past due balance and highlighting and account related issues to leader in timely manner ,where ever necessary, basis the analysis
Skills Required :
1) Must have excellent written and verbal communication
2) Must have Healthcare collections experience
3) must be willing to work in night shifts and weekends
4) Must ensure quality of work and accuracy of the information provided to the customer
5) Posses the ability to resolve the queries and build effective relationship with the customers for repeated payments
6) Should able to listen attentively to customers and provide clear communication
7) Excellent problem solving skills and analysis based decision making is required
8) Ability to recognize and react to unusual customer situations and take appropriate action
9) Worki ng knowledge of MS office specially excel and word
Experience: 1-4 years of experience in US based Health care Voice Operations ; B2B Collections experience preferred
