Eligibility:
Exclusively for Management Postgraduates from the batch of 2025 from any of the qualification and specializations mentioned below:
2 years full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM course with specializations in Marketing/Finance/ Operations/Supply Chain Management/Information Technology/General Management/Business Analytics/Project Management/Human Resources and related disciplines offered by a recognized University/College.
Application Process:
Step 1. Logon to the TCS Next Step Portal Opens in new tab
Step 2. Register and Apply for the Drive
Scenario A. If you are already a registered user in the TCS NextStep Portal, ‘IT’ category, kindly login with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number) and proceed to complete the Application Form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose category as “IT” and proceed to fill your details. Submit your Application Form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
Step 3. Select your mode of test (In-Centre) and choose your preferred test center & then click on Apply.
Step 4. To confirm your status, check “Track Your Application”. The status should reflect as “Applied For Drive”.
Test Eligibility:
Academic Percentage:
Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (All subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation.
Highest Qualification:
Candidates pursuing 2 year full-time Management Post-Graduate courses (MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM) offered by a recognized University with specializations in Marketing/Finance/Operations/Supply Chain Management/Information Technology/General Management/Business Analytics/Project Management or related disciplines offered by recognized University/College from the batch of 2025 will be considered as eligible.
If selected, the offer will be valid only if the degree / provisional degree certificate clearly states that the student has cleared the highest qualification in ‘FIRST CLASS’ post completion of the course.
Any full time graduate degree from a recognized University/College would be considered as eligible.
