SMT Engineer (Upperbody)
Job Responsibilities:
Design & CAD Modelling of BIW parts and Assemblies as per engineering guidelines and check lists.
Creation and Management of product data structure in PLM and ensure BOM Quality.
To support development of Design Standards & Carryover Strategy in line with defined Technical
Policy and Technology Roadmap for Sub-Module (Upperbody Structure) and engineering of the
Sub-Module (Upper Body Structure) for the projects in line with the standards.
Create Technical Proposals for New Concepts & resolution of Technical Issues or Design to meet attributes.
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
Work Experience : 2 to 8 Years
Software:-
Catia V5R25 With good modelling skills and expert in best modelling practices, PLM systems
Knowledge: General Construction of Body Structure, Raw Materials, Sheet metal forming processes Assembly processes, Vehicle & Aggregate Regulations applicable to Body Structure, Test Standards & Structural Requirements (such as Durability, Static & Dynamic Stiffness, Crashworthiness, Sealing, Corrosion prevention etc.), Awareness of Interface with other aggregates. Executive(L6) – BIW Maintenance
Job Description:
•Daily maintenance planning for line operation, PM and Repair activities.
•Spare and Tool procurement planning.
•Hands on experience of BIW Shop equipment such as Manual and Robotic IT Weld Guns (Tecna, Obara, Bosch, Arm Welders) , Fanuc make robots, PLC and Servo ( Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Festo), Shuttle conveyors, Drop Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Sealant Systems, Stud and MIG Weld equipment, Hand Tools ( Pneumatic, DC, Battery operated) nut runners, pulse tool, riveting tool etc.
•Daily Breakdown analysis with ICA and PCA.
•Work allocation to team members as per skill.
•SAP knowledge for Material Procurement, Spare Management in SAP.
•Working knowledge of MS Office.
•Ensuring safety standards in Weld shop operations
•MTTR and MTBF analysis and improvement actions
Qualification:
Education: Diploma (Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical)

EV – Product Specialist
Drive Retail EV sales volume as well market share and enhance customer’s pre and post purchase experience
Serve as the product specialist to answer customer queries (both vehicle and charging) at dealerships/ other points of sale
Ensure EV customers have a differentiated customer experience & that dealerships / stores provide adequate focus to EV
Responsible (along with Dealer Sales Executives) for achievement of retail targets
Work with dealer sales executives to drive EV sales in dealerships
Manage and ensure activation of leads
Ensure 100% follow-up of leads to logical conclusion
