Job Description:
Principally the job is there to enhance customer satisfaction, grow specification sales and reduce risk to the business.
To provide technical support on construction products and their use to business relations in the widest possible sense, in order to support and enhance (value added) sales
Creation of project specifications / calculations to comply with Tata Steels product recommendations, the client’s needs, building regulations and any insurance requirements.
Identifying, understanding and giving priority to meeting the needs of the customer (both internal and external) and delivering a quality service
Doing things better, to meet and exceed goals and beat deadlines. It is about striving for excellence and continuous improvements and overcoming obstacles and pressure, to deliver business results.
Gathering appropriate information, breaking it down into smaller parts and planning to solve problems. It involves tracking the implications of a situation in a logical step by step way, drawing sound conclusions and developing plans of action.
Qualification:
