Job Description:
As a Customer Services Representative, you will be required to develop ongoing relationships with a portfolio of Key Account Customers, so if you are looking for a job which challenges you to think proactively, then you have found your next role!
Act as the key day-to-day focal point for the Customer on all order fulfilment matters
To be the main recipient for all Customer orders, using our order-management system (Stratix) to create the order, thus initiating it’s progress through our business
Create, amend and maintain product records (in Stratix) for our Customer requirements
Proactively manage effective working relationships with Customers, providing them with the agreed service level and order support, and effectively handling complaints and issue resolution
Liaise with the Planning and Transport teams to achieve adherence to order due date commitments
Proactively identify service issues with the Customer and within the business, follow the advised escalation process when necessary
Qualification:
A professional approach to work
A good telephone manner
An ability to listen and solve problems in a timely manner
To be computer literate
An ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
