Sales Intern (1 YEAR PLACEMENT)
Sales Operations provides support to the sales function in the area of analytics & reporting, governance and performance management, forecasting and budgeting, and CRM / Sales Process.
The Sales Intern will support TTL’s anchor account with sales performance through analytics and reporting, forecasting and administrative activities. This role is a key part of the sales function and provides essential support to a dynamic and fast paced team.
Area of Responsibility
Supporting Key Account Management processes, including account planning, by collating, presenting and analysing information including financials and sales opportunities
Obtaining and analysing anchor account data using internet research and other sources to find specific corporate information including business performance, key stakeholders and relevant news items.
Interrogating and analysing data from CRM and other sources (e.g. SAP) in response to ad hoc queries and in support of governance processes, to deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information to the sales and management team.
Collaboratively working across all lines of business with colleagues of varying seniority to gather, review and interpret anchor account data.
Supporting the development and implementation of anchor account marketing plans.
Leading the definition, planning and execution of client hospitality events.
Support the documentation and development of Sales Operations processes
Potential opportunities to execute specific projects within the anchor account and wider sales function.
Additionally, there will be opportunities to support TTL’s Corporate and Social Responsibility initiatives.
Knowledge / Experience
Essential:
· Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Detail-orientation with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy
· Use of Microsoft windows applications, including Excel and Powerpoint
· Internet based research and analysis
Desirable:
· Some exposure to business systems including CRM, SAP
· Advanced manipulation and analysis of data using MS Excel or similar
· Knowledge of SharePoint and Powerapps
