DRA Certification is Mandate.
Good communication skills are required.
Preferable Band is BPO1
Rotational Shift Flexibility.
Minimum 1 year Experience in domestic collection/Customer service or baking industry is mandate.
Should have good understanding and knowledge of banking products like credit cards, loans, Insurance etc.
Work Location :Gurgaon also willing to relocate anywhere in Delhi NCR.
Only Graduate except BE/Btech’s.
