Hiring for – Service Desk (Technical Support || International voice)
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for responding to customer requests, including but not limited to, answering calls via phone and providing after hours on call support for troubleshooting technical issues.
Communication issues between paint dispensers and the PC-
Color match machines in the Paint department are having calibration issues.
PC losing network connectivity.
Issues within selling tools and software.
Application support for all selling tools and color designing softwares.
Should Aware of PC/Laptop troubleshooting Both Hardware & Software.
Knowledge of networking and support.
Additional knowledge on Thermal printers or Spectrometers will be advantageous
Qualifications
Any B.Tech Graduate / Freshers / 6 to 1 year can apply
Preferred Qualifications Btech
Should have Excellent Communication Skills with Good Technical Knowledge
Only Immediate joiners are preferred
Work from Office/ Rotational Shift ( Including Night Shifts) Rotational off
Both side Transportation Provided
