Industrial Engineer, Energy Remanufacturing – US

Manage capacity planning standards for all energy remanufacturing lines in the factory
Create operating plans for all production lines, including labor requirements, breaking strategies, and shift schedules using linear programming, and assess headcount addition/removal requests based on line needs and requirements
Conduct options analysis for existing line optimization and new line installations and estimate resource requirements for factory footprint expansion projects
Perform capacity studies and static sensitivity analyses to identify factors impacting line throughput (OEE, Headcount, number of material handling equipment) and make recommendations for improvement
Perform discrete event simulation modeling and statistical modeling to influence key business decisions
Lead continuous improvement exercises across various manufacturing functions and standardize metrics and problem solving tools
Design assembly line, support space, and amenity area layouts using quantitative and qualitative evaluation techniques to facilitate smooth operations and optimize cost/sqft

Qualification:

3+ years’ experience in Industrial Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive multiple projects with diverse teams in a manufacturing environment
Able to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
Experience with automated/semi-automated manufacturing lines and robotics is a plus
Distinguishing experiences/skills: 2D CAD, lean manufacturing, work measurement, analytics (SQL, Tableau), discrete event simulation (FlexSIM), operations research, lean manufacturing, scale manufacturing experience, etc.

Associate ADA Analyst – US

Provide end-to-end case management including engaging the employee, vendors, work location and other stakeholders
Manage ADA communications, receive and respond to employee, manager and HR partner inquiries regarding ADA status or questions
Execute changes in HRIS system, ticketing system, and coordinate with applicable departments
Interpret and administer ADA regulations in accordance with applicable federal and state laws (FMLA, ADA, ADAAA, USERRA, Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), etc.)
Create or manage ADA status reporting delivery and accuracy
Participate in strategic and innovation sessions to improve ADA administration and management

Internship, Collision Technician Trainee (Summer 2025)

In the Collision Tech Trainee Intern role, you will be a part of the team that is repairing the most advanced vehicles on the planet. In addition to being a team player, we are looking for a problem solver with good oral and written communication as you may be interacting with customers. As an Intern, you will also learn about electric vehicles and Tesla’s innovative technologies, in accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. Perform guided entry-level work of Tesla electric vehicles
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Perform various collision repair operations that may include detail, paint prep, disassembly, reassembly, estimating, and mechanical operations
Support senior level technicians to repair Tesla electric vehicles
As required maintain inventory, records of time, shop supplies and parts
Support Front and Back of House operations as needed or on a rotational basis

Qualification:

Knowledge of collision repair methods and techniques to repair vehicles
Current enrollment in a Collision or Automotive program preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred and capable of reporting to local collision repair center
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Be able to work in a team-based environment and have a “safety first” attitude
Familiar understanding of the English language and have basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Application Support Engineer – India

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for working in shifts to provide 24X7 Application Support across multiple Tesla applications.
Responsible for applying operation break fixes and other proactive maintenance activities to keep the services up and running.
Database Experience with advanced SQL Skills
Responsible for evaluating the Issues reported by Tesla internal users and clients and providing ongoing solutions.
Responsible for owning a specific production problem and provide active coordination between various groups including internal and external vendor support groups in resolving a specific problem.
Determine configuration and operational requirements for development team.
Participate and determine root cause for service failure and support escalation.

Job Requirements:

Design and develop high quality, scalable and stable web applications and/or backend services using .NET with C#.
Develop client-side applications that connect with web services.
Develop back-end web services.
Ensure highest standards met for security-best practices in all development using principles of Software design, algorithm development, data structures, code modularity and maintainability.
Partner closely with security team for code analysis and design reviews using .NET Framework, .NET Core, package management, and dependency injection.
Perform unit testing; process bug reports and release fixes; and participate in code reviews and Agile processes.
Good verbal and written communication skills is preferred.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Computer Science or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
