Job Location : Chinchwad ,Pune.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Gas & Process Sales and Service team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist the Key Account Manager in preparing quotations and commercial offers for customers.
• Coordinate with logistics and aftermarket divisions in the USA and Germany for confirmed GAP order bookings.
• Prepare and manage order-related documentation, including invoicing, order acknowledgements, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Serve as the point of contact for customers and distributors regarding shipment status and order-related queries.
• Communicate with customers/distributors regarding invoice payments and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records on a weekly basis.
• Prepare reports for all quoted and confirmed orders; support monthly reporting to the Business Line Manager (BLM).
• Create product presentations in coordination with the sales team to support business development.
• Manage relationships with sub-suppliers for local sourcing, in alignment with GAP sourcing policies.
• Work with product companies and vendors to expedite customer orders and resolve non-conformity issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the division.
