Job Responsibilities:
Manage Workday and other HR systems configuration.
Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Workday and other HR systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical application or configuration solutions
Solicit, develop, document, test and manage business and technical requirements and provide detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control
Basic level knowledge of system architectures and software development methodologies
Understand dependencies of all relevant systems that impact HR data
Create detailed implementation plans and update project plans in collaboration with other system analysts
Support any system issues and partner with IT as necessary to troubleshoot or resolve problems
Assist with and/or manage documentation, including user guides, training materials, and release notes
Qualifications:
