Qualifications:
BE/BTech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics; Master’s degree (MTech/MBA/PGDM) is highly preferred
3-10 years of experience in Industrial Capital Project Management
PMP or PRINCE2 Certification is highly advantageous
Skills Needed:
Proficiency in Project Management Disciplines: Planning, Scheduling, Cost Management, Procurement, Change Management, Risk Assessment, Communication, Coordination, Reporting, MIS, Decision Support, Execution Management, and Project Closure Management
· Ability to develop comprehensive systems, processes, guidelines, formats, and templates for project management
· Familiarity with the complete project lifecycle from concept to commissioning
Desired Skills:
· Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
· Strong aptitude for data analysis & visualization
· Demonstrated practical application of planning and construction activities
· Practical experience with leading Project Management software like MS Project, Primavera P6
