CBRE is looking for a young and dynamic resource to play the role of “Company Secretary”. This is a client based role and the selected talent will directly work with our multi-national client (specializes in property, infrastructure and asset management businesses).

Qualifications:

1) CS with 2-5 years of experience in secretarial and legal duties, preferably in Real Estate, service industry, or an MNC.

2) LLB is an additional qualification but not mandatory.

Key Competencies:

1) Experience in handling Secretarial and Legal matters

2) Strong drafting skills and knowledge of Central and State legislations

3) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

4) Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

1) Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2013 and other relevant laws

Finance Systems Analyst – US

As a CBRE Finance Systems Analyst, you will provide support and technical assistance to users for issues related to a variety of software applications while meeting defined service level expectations.

This job is part of the Financial Systems job function. They are responsible for ensuring accounting systems operate effectively.

Job Description:

Respond to requests for assistance with a variety of accounting software packages.

Document issues, resolutions or other actions using the incident management system.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Generate custom reports based on internal and external client business requirements.

Review customer requests to identify and escalate as needed a potential system, security, and/or compliance violations of internal and external controls, CAPP, and internal team control requirements.

Actively participate in projects, to increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

Identify process and system improvements and recommend solutions that will increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction by using established processes to initiate a new work effort.

Execute authorized electronic payments including wire transfers, ACH, and tax payments.

Investment Reporting Analyst

We are looking for an Investor Reporting Analyst for CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions, an exciting and growing environment.

This department collaborates within the larger team, dealing with both periodic and ad hoc financial and investment reporting to the limited partner investors in our clients’ funds.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in the private equity or alternative investments industry, specifically in fund accounting, fund analysis, investor reporting or fund administration.

Big 4 experience covering (audit, tax or advisory) strongly preferred.

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Previous Excel modeling experience a plus.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, and high degree of integrity when interacting with investors or their representatives

Strong experience of alternative investment industry financial statements.

Familiarity with Limited Partnership Agreements and other fund governing documents.

Proven knowledge and experience in fund financial and operational concepts, including capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, carried interest, management fees, fair values, and returns metrics.

Understanding of financial and economic concepts including time value of money, discounted cash flows, foreign currencies and investment returns metrics.

Knowledge of accounting software (preferably Yardi) and investor portals (Intralinks) a plus.

Consistent record of quickly learning new systems and business applications is required.

Previous client-facing or investor-facing experience strongly preferred.
