Project Delivery Assurance Analyst – Philippines
Job Description:
Partner with the Delivery Scheduling Team to deliver HSSE, service and cost standards, and act as a primary point of contact for haulers, terminals in (a) managing any amendments to the schedule during its execution and (b) managing scheduling inputs such as supply allocation, urgent orders, lorry turnout.
Act as the owners of the schedules during its execution; managing variations to plan as needed to have a good grasp of the overall schedule execution status.
Manage any variations to plan such as, -Left-on-board (LOB) redirects including any corresponding surcharges -Order Scheduled Not Delivery (OSND) -Terminal/depot-, load quantity-, compartment-, trip sequence-, and vehicle changes, to ensure that the Delivery Scheduling Team is informed, and appropriate actions are agreed immediately and communicated to the drivers.
Pro-actively communicates to Hauliers (dispatcher or Safety Officer) and Terminal Operations staff on changes to schedules, loading and delivery to customers.
Act as primary point of contact for Hauliers (as applicable) on changes to the schedules, issues resolution, managing lorry availability and turnout, including analysis and reporting of hauler performance and Delivery Schedule Adherence (DSA).
Act as primary point of contact for Supply Operations in managing supply allocations to ensure information is communicated to the Scheduling Team and any amendments to schedule being executed or planned is agreed and communicated to the drivers immediately.
Qualification:
Engineering or IT graduate with skill set in Microsoft Excel, data analysis and problem solving (highly preferred)
Proficiency with MS Office; comfortable with learning new IT systems/applications
Ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment
Desire and open-mindedness for continuous learning
Experience in multi-tasking and working/communicating with different stakeholders through voice, e-mail, and instant messaging; with sense of urgency
Ability to handle difficult conversations
Preparation for hybrid Delivery scheduler and Delivery assurance

Track Analyst – Canada
Job Description:
As a Track Analyst, you will act as the gatekeeper between vendor-provided data and the Shell payment system. This position has overall responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the Scotford Track master data and management of contract vendors, seeking cost control, transparency, and contract compliance.
Job Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer
You must have a minimum 1-year experience with a strong technical background and knowledge in contract management, requisition to pay, and site-based operations
Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred
Previous exposure to Continuous Improvement methodologies
Experience in GSAP and SAP Blueprint is preferred
Experience in use of TRACK
Strong Excel experience and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office software
Experience with PowerBI and Power Automate is preferred

Management Assistant – Europe
As the Management Assistant, you will provide administrative support for the VP – Commercial Integrated Gas Australia (IGA), in addition to assisting the overflow administrative work from the Commercial and Economics Leadership team (CELT). You will be a key focal point, providing office administrative support across both teams who play an integral role in delivering commercial value for Shell in Australia.

Associate Engineer – Project Services – Philippines
Job Requirement:
Engineering/Technologist Degree and/or Certification as a Cost Engineer or equivalent experience.
Preferably with at least 2 years refinery or petrochemical industry experience in cost engineering / cost controls.
Experience in Cost Engineering / Cost Controls positions for portfolio capital projects
Works effectively in a Team environment and build consensus & Customer focus.
Working knowledge of a broad range of Project Controls systems, tools, and practices specifically in Oil & Gas industry.
Strong leadership, communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.

Receivables Management Analyst – Philippines
Job Description:
As a team member, you will be responsible for performing debt collection activities for Shell operating units under Finance Operations Manila scope. You will be greatly involved in the global/regional trade receivables process for International Marine and Global Aviation businesses.
You will have many opportunities to work with different business partners in enhancing the cash generation capability for Credit Operations as we manage annual sales in working capital for Shell.
Qualification:

The Engineer Associate Digital and Drw Mgmt – ADT will be part of the VP TAO organization.
The VP TAO will be accountable for maximizing integrated business value across the organization. Technical Asset Operations (TAO) is a key enabler for the accelerated delivery of Shell’s Asset
Management System and will help us to reach our ultimate potential in Downstream Manufacturing, Integrated Gas and Upstream.

University Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
Required 2 to 3+yrs operational experience in engineering / technical jobs in at least one of the following areas:

Job Description:
University Degree in any Engineering Discipline.
Minimum 2 plus years of overall working experience in Field operations and maintenance in Oil & Gas / Refinery/Petrochemicals Industry/equivalent industry.
Should have experience in Field Maintenance, Preventive Planning experience of heavy rotating equipment like turbines, engines, compressors (Centrifugal/ reciprocating compressors), centrifugal pumps etc., Preventive maintenance of static equipment like columns, safety valves, valves, pressure vessels, Tanks, heat exchangers etc., Also have experience in general Electrical & instruments preventive maintenance planning.
Experience in preparing the preventive maintenance planning work instructions, task lists, scaffoldings, Insulation packages of the rotary/static as well as E&I equipment’s planning.
Hands on Experience in Plant Maintenance Area as an engineering/end user of SAP PM Module is must / Knowledge on Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)/Document Management System etc.,
