Job Description:
Delivery
Responsible for independently managing Europe & Middle East Immigration
Obtaining Europe & Middle East Long Term visas for Employees and their families in compliant way within defined timelines
Ensuring visa extensions and visa cancellations to be filed for respective Employees
Responsible for handling Business Visa applications of all countries
Ensuring Visa and travel briefing for all Employees
Managing deputation formalities of Employees at time of travel which includes providing accurate deputation input to O&C team and Geo-HR teams
Business Processes
Database and record management
Creating and maintaining accurate record of Employees and their familys visas
Creating and maintaining all documents pertaining to visa application, extension, cancellation, deputation etc
Update on live basis the companys immigration portal
Compliance
Ensure Company and employees are compliant with required Immigration rules and policies at all times
Ensure the visas are processed compliant with organization policies.
Others
Should demonstrate Innovation, Productivity Enhancement, SLA driven process implementation & Cost Optimization
Maintain good business connect with different BU & Employees
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
