Job Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for growth marketing of the category which includes the following action areas:
1) Positioning
2) Pricing strategy
3) Competition Benchmarking
4) Communication and promotion
5) Customer acquisition and retention to the category
6) Work very closely with the buying team to create and maintain the right range across the country
7) Understanding customer behavior through data mining and market research. Using data insights to drive actions
8) Own customer experience jointly with other stakeholders such as buying, operations and product
Eligibility Criteria:
1) BE / B.Tech 2017 / 18 / 19 Batch
2) Xth / XIIth – 80% througout
3) Grad cutoff- 75%
4) Good pH Score
