OFSS provides FlexCube Operations support to SVB
Day-to-day operational support 24x7x365
Performing initial assessment of issues/incidents & attempt to resolve Incidents through knowledge base
Restoring of normal operations with minimal business impact, within agreed service levels and business priorities
Escalating issues to L2/application support teams as required
Operations support on End of Day reports and other batch process activities
Scheduling and monitoring various jobs
Incident tracking, monitoring and reporting
