Execute retail operations in store and ensure adherence to all standard Operating procedures of company. Lead, mentor and motivate team of associates to deliver reliable services to Customers and/or other colleagues in the organisation. Ensure that business strategies are implemented in the assigned store.Manage and execute product promotion.Exceed sales and customer statisfaction objectives.Manage Dump & Shrink in the store

Human Resource Pre-Joining formalities till offer closure and responsible for backend operations including of data entry in the system (SAP format).
You will closely work with Senior recruiter. Previous experience as a HR recruiter or similar exposure in sales hiring will be considered an advantage.
End to end pre-joining formalities and recruitment. Our ideal candidate has essential sourcing and coordination skills.
He/ She will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems like candidate registration, BGV, offer issuance, etc including recruitment end to end process (Sourcing till joining)
Education eligibility: Graduate, additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
