HDFC Life is conducting walkins for freshers at multiple locations including Delhi, NCR, Meerut, Moradabad and Agra under PGPLI/SA Program. HDFC Life is a joint venture between Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC Ltd.), India’s leading housing finance institution and The Standard Life Insurance Company, a leading provider of financial services from the United Kingdom.
Program Highlights
1) Graduates and Final Year Under Graduates can also apply.
2) Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance from a well recognized University of 1 year course
3) Guaranteed job at HDFC Life with a fixed salary as per market norms on successful course completion
4) Students will be given 2 options i.e. Residential classroom training or Home based Online training
5) During Training 2500 Stipend plus incentives can be earned.
6) During on job training will be eligible getting 15000-16000/- fixed Salary plus incentives.
7) Post completion of Training salary will be automatically upgraded to 2.5 to 3 Lacs per Annum.
8) Performance based sales incentives over and above salary
9) After successful completion of this course, candidate will be hired by HDFC Life as Executive Sales Trainee at J2 band (one level above than the entry level front line sales employees)
Eligibility:
Graduation in any stream from a recognized university/Final Year Under Graduates.
Selection process:
The candidates will be selected by HDFC Life based on the performance in a personal interview and online test.
