Associate Engineer – CMMS – India

Job Requirement:

University Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/instrumentation or other Engineering.

Required 2 to 3 yrs. of experience in Plant Maintenance area within a Manufacturing or Upstream environment as an engineering user of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with tools experience in Web Integrity Management System (WIMS), SPI -IN tools and Engineering

Document Management Systems (EDMS.)

Experience in Engineering relevant maintenance, Equipment failure analysis, troubleshooting, decision making, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Safety Criticality and Risk

Assessment, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Total Quality Management, Hazard Analysis, etc

Experience in Engineering Projects end execution, supporting the EPCM contractor with execution, quality inspection of the project data. Experience in Project initiating, planning, monitoring & controlling of a CMMS build.

Professional Engineering certification is an added value.

Associate Engineer – Cost Engineering – India

Your role as a Cost Engineer involves supporting cost management for small capital projects through all phases. This includes developing and implementing Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), creating GSAP networks for Purchase Orders (PO), and generating cost reports. You will focus on implementing cost control processes, monitoring contractor costs, delivering monthly estimate forecasts, and managing changes and contingencies.

Job Requirement:

Associate Engr – Reliability(Electrical) – Malaysia

Job Requirement:

University Degree in Electrical related background. Degrees in other fields will be considered with the relevant experience.

Minimum of 2-4 years or more of site work experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals industry past degree in engineering.

Site working experience in Field electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, switchgears, VCB, ACB, Contactors, Starters, batteries, battery charger, VFDs etc in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemicals/ Heavy Industries/Power Plants or any equivalent industry past degree in engineering in one or more of following areas at HV/LV voltage levels.

Shall be able to prepare/developing asset structure, SCE review and implementation, and bill of materials (BoM) using the equipment’s drawings, circuit diagrams, PEFS, P&IDs, operation, and maintenance manual of OEMs. Data gathering for the reliability analysis from CMMS, maintenance manuals, best practices, etc. Perform Gap analysis between the P&ID’s and CMMS maintainable data.

Prepare & update the schedules for maintenance strategy reviews and conduct the reviews based on Risk and Reliability Management principles with tools such as PM Optimization (PMO), REM strategy reviews, RCM, and Equipment Care Strategy Library where applicable.

Shall be able to conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance studies for the electrical equipment, including package equipment. Able to interpret the RCM study results and convert them into PM routines for better maintenance efficiency. Participation/Leadingend-to-end RCM process starting with identifying Threats and Opportunities to implementing RCM outcome with a mindset of CI (Continuous Improvement) is preferred.

The CP/SC Analyst – Data Operations position will be accountable for the E2E operational data set-up, supplier qualification, and continuous improvement opportunities for a particular business.
