Sourcing Engineer CTS – Support – Pune
Job Description:
Understand & resolve tickets / queries raised by internal customers i.e. Planning, pricing, engineering dept.
Co-ordinate with other team members / departments for solving supplier/ part related queries
Sending of RFQs to suppliers (customer specified / AC standard).
Follow-up with suppliers for RFQs to arrange quotations within specified timeframe.
Cost and technical comparative for received offers.
Ordering of complete BOM in SAP/BPCS and LOI generation.
Follow-up with the suppliers for quotation
Bridge between Engineering & Supplier for technical discussion related to parts
Follow-up with the suppliers for on time delivery if required
Prepare and maintain weekly report of queries resolved
Co-ordination with design / sourcing team for technical / commercial queries raised by suppliers. Raise red flags to the concerned in case of delayed deliveries or hold points.
Qualification:
University degree in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical /Production)
Fluent in English
Good Command over ERP Systems, knowledge of SAP is added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. MS Word & MS Excel).
Good Command (Verbal & Written) of English is must.
Knowledge of Engineered rotatory equipment is added advantage.
Plan & organize effectively with the right sense of urgency.
Able to work on multiple tasks by giving due importance to each task.
