OnSite ServiceDesk / Technology Support Specialist
Job Description:
Provide exceptional IT support to our internal customers
Give solutions to various technological challenges
Supporting local and global projects and meetings
Maintenance of end user hardware, software, and local infrastructure
Assist with hardware and software deployment and provisioning
Related administrative tasks, ticketing
Required:
1-2 years experience gained in a similar role
Advanced English
Advanced Hungarian
In-depth knowledge of Windows, MS Office and general IT
Customer focused, result oriented
Attention to detail, efficient, able to prioritize
Good follow-up and communications skills
Immediate start is possible
