Cargill is conducting walkin interview at Bangalore location. This role is based within the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Global Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. The CoE is involved in activities enabling the strategy, analytics, data management and operations for the function. Some of the key capabilities of the CoE include:
Market Intelligence & Data Analytics
eSourcing
Contract Management
Vendor Management
Business Intelligence
Technology Superusers (SAP, Ariba)
Supplier Enablement
Job responsibilities:
Requirement gathering, basic research and analysis for identifying the requirement(ex; Opportunity identification through Contracts, Spend & marketing projections of categories etc.)
Report Stakeholders on issues or concerns
Liaison to Leaders/teams for all E-Auction, Supplier relations, vendor master related activities including weekly Metrics & ME Metrics
Sharing case studies, knowledge materials, best practices for eAuction across all regions
Adherence to CoE team to constantly improve analytics Guidelines and policies and reach SLA
ad hoc inquiries been addressed using expertise on all metric reports (Daily, Weekly and monthly)
Challenge organization in new areas, targeted team/region training, best practice mentoring
Qualifications:
Graduate in Supply chain management / production management
Any certification in analytics will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools
Willingness to work in shifts
6 months to 4 years of experience in any procurement analytics domain
MBA fresher with specialization in Retail / Supply Chain / Operations Management can also apply
